Which Companies Made the List of Top Employers 2024 for the Greek Market, According to the Poudouleveis.gr Ranking?

Poudouleveis.gr, part of the WhereWeWork network, has released the list of the top employers in the Greek market for 2024. The rankings are based on evaluations submitted by employees themselves between November 16, 2023, and October 31, 2024.

Poudouleveis.gr is an online job search community with a strong presence in Greece and is part of the WhereWeWork.com network, which operates across 14 countries. Through the platform, users can stay informed about new job openings at Greek and international companies, as well as access reliable information about workplace environments. This is possible because all users can anonymously review their employers.

The Top Employers 2024 list is an initiative that promotes transparency in the job market, based on the average ratings given to companies by both former and current employees. Employers included in the survey received at least 30 reviews, ensuring the reliability of the results. Participants were asked to evaluate workplace environments across five categories:

The companies that secured the top ten positions for 2024 in the Greek market, based on the trust and appreciation of their employees, are as follows:

The extensive list of top employers in the Greek market doesn't end here, as additional rankings will be featured on the platform’s online pages. The top employers of the year are also published in both digital and print editions in Romania, where the Top Employers Conference is held, adding prestige to the list.
This year, the initiative takes a step further in Greece, as for the first time, the “Top 50 Most Appreciated Employers to Work for in 2025” will be presented in a dedicated electronic catalog.
