Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced  Software Development Team Lead to join a dynamic team, specializing in geospatial intelligence and advanced software solutions.  The ideal candidate will lead and manage the Software Development Team, oversee project execution, and ensure the successful delivery of ICT projects. The role requires hands-on technical expertise, strong leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
Job description

• Lead and manage the Software Development Team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to team members.
• Oversee the planning and execution of ICT projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing expert-level support.
• Collaborate with team members, channel partners, and vendors to understand requirements and develop effective solutions.
• Stay up to date with the latest technology trends, tools, and best practices.
• Analyze business and technical needs, design, develop, and test software solutions.
• Improve and maintain existing applications to enhance performance and functionality.
• Develop, document, and demonstrate software solutions through documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, and clean, maintainable code.
• Define and monitor KPIs for increased productivity on a yearly basis.

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Geoinformatics Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a relevant software development or leadership role.
• Proficiency in image processing and computer vision.
• Solid experience in software development with expertise in Python, C, JavaScript, TypeScript.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.
• Proven ability to deliver projects within schedule and constraints.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent command of both Greek and English (oral and written).
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
