At Demo SA, one of the world’s largest pharmaceutical manufacturers in injectable facilities, we are currently looking for a high-performing R&D Senior Formulation Scientist to join our team. The position is based at Kryoneri (Athens).
- Perform literature and patent review.
- Design, plan and execute experiments from pre-formulation to scale-up.
- Analyze data and perform statistical evaluation of the results.
- Oversee the day-to-day laboratory routine of formulation scientists and ensure the smooth and safe operation of the laboratory, in accordance with the principles of GLP.
- Participate in the preparation of the manufacturing documents and validation protocols and oversee the production of pilot batches.
- Participate in the preparation of the relevant scientific reports required for the submission process.
- Provide scientific support during the registration process.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, with MSc in Pharmaceutical Technology or relevant field.
- At least 4 years work experience of which 2 in a similar role.
- Strong problem solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluent in Greek & English.
