DEMO SA, one of the world's largest pharmaceutical manufacturers in injectable facilities, is currently looking for a talented Product Manager to develop, lead & implement the marketing plans of our Oncology and Hematology products, aiming to optimize profitability, market share and revenue growth in the short and long-term.
Responsibilities
- Provide training, product knowledge, guidance to the sales team to ensure that they are well equipped with scientific and communication data
- Develop product marketing plans/strategies (pricing, advertising, product launching)
- Follow and analyze market trends and competition to position products
- Monitor & control products’ performance and adjust plans accordingly
- Product forecasting, new product pipeline strategy, new product pre-launch, and launch strategy and post-launch, new initiatives for product growth strategy
- Develop brand promotional materials and marketing/ digital campaigns like website or app launch or webinar series, etc.
- Evaluate projects using relevant KPIs and feedback from the market
- Conduct educational meetings, scientific conferences etc. to ensure brand visibility
- Collaborate closely within cross-functional teams like Medical Affairs, R & D, Communication, Legal and Sales teams
- Work with key external partners and represent company to build brand awareness as required
Requirements
- University Degree in Science, Marketing and/ or Business Administration is mandatory
- MBA or MSc in Marketing, and in addition specialization in digital marketing is desirable
- Proven 4-5 years working experience as a Product Manager of oncology or hematology products is desirable
- Strong Business Acumen with analytical skills, capable of analyzing situations and market trends
- Familiarity with product marketing tactics and ability to provide strategic direction
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in written and oral communication in English and Greek
- Strong multi-tasking, attention to detail and organizational skills
