ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, is looking for Italian Customer Care Representatives who know exactly how to make the most out of the clients’ experience! 

Our client is a global BPO leader in customer support providing customized strategies for innovative brands. 

📌 Location: Athens  

📍 Working Model: hybrid or onsite 

🖋️You will be reporting to Customer Service Supervisor 

 

What you will do: 

As an Italian Customer Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and resolving inquiries from customers through various channels such as phone, email, and chat. 

More specifically: 

  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction 
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools 
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives; follow up to ensure resolution 
  • Direct unresolved requests and issues to internal departments and follow up to ensure resolution.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian language (C1-C2 level). 
  • Previous experience in customer service will be considered as an asset. 
  • Tech savvy/ Computer literacy Proficient English Skills (Oral &Written).
  • Enthusiastic, patient, empathetic, multi-tasking and communicative.
