Copywriter - Social Media and Digital Creative
Job Description
• Develops engaging and creative copy for various Social Media platforms and channels, including websites, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Crafts compelling headlines, captions, and calls-to-action that drive engagement, conversions, and customer loyalty.
• Brainstorms and collaborates closely with EY and client teams to create cohesive and impactful social media and digital campaign ideas and concepts that align with clients’ brand strategies.
• Ensures consistency in messaging and tone of voice across different platforms and campaigns.
• Develops and implements strategies to grow and engage the online communities of clients.
• Monitors and responds to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
• Works with the project team to develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting.
• Continuously seeks opportunities to improve community engagement and content quality.
• Collaborates with the EY team to provide insights and recommendations for optimizing content and improving engagement metrics.

Candidate Profile
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public relations, Journalism or any other relevant field.
• Preferably 3 years’ experience as a Creative Copywriter. 
• Experience in creating content for various social media platforms.
• Strong understanding of social media trends and best practices
• Professional-level English speaking and writing skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
• Familiarity with SEO principles.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
