ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of our client, a dynamically growing company that provides services in the fields of Asset Management and Hospitality, is looking for a BIM Specialist.
📌 Location: Athens, Attiki
🖋️You will be reporting to: Project Manager
What you will do:
- Creating and maintaining 3D models using BIM software such as Revit
- Collaborating with design staff, studio leaders, and construction firms
- Setting up and following BIM standards, templates, and best practices
- Collaborating with architects, engineers, and construction professionals to ensure BIM models accurately represent design intent.
- Providing training, troubleshooting, and support for BIM users
- Training and supporting team members and other stakeholders in the use of BIM software and methodology
- Auditing and reporting on BIM model progress and quality
- Using BIM models to identify and resolve issues during design and construction phases
- Good Knowledge of legislation –Construction Permits Issuance Procedures
- Establishing and enforcing BIM standards and procedures within the organization
- Assisting in the development and implementation of BIM strategic planning
- Generating and managing digital data and reports from BIM models.
Requirements
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's or Graduate's Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Design- Constrution.
- Excellent knowledge in Revit and AUTOCAD
- Fluent in a variety of design programs and software.
- Able to design frameworks and solve problems that may arise.
