ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of our client a company that offers comprehensive transport solutions, is seeking a Warranty Engineer & Depot Managerfor the company’s projects based in Athens.

🖋️You will be reporting to: Warranty Area Manager
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overseeing after-sales technical issues for the rolling stock fleet, ensuring the achievement of contractual and internal project objectives
- Planning and monitoring corrective programs to ensure the reliability, maintenance, and availability of trains.
- Manage resources for executing warranty tasks in alignment with the company’s strategy.
- Organize maintenance activities for rolling stock and depot equipment, including material purchasing, quality control, and safety oversight.
- Supervise the technical condition of trains and the warranty center. Analyze service breakdowns, incidents, and create technical documentation, including warranty reports.
- Serve as the point of contact between the client and the company. Represent the warranty services to the customer and negotiate effectively.
- Lead a team to commission the rolling stock warranty depot. Organize and manage technicians and staff to ensure efficient operations.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Naval Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years in maintenance, after-sales, or technical support in the rail or capital goods sectors.
- Proficiency in Greek and English, Spanish is a plus.
