ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, is seeking for a Technical Project Manager.
Our client is an established company that implements IT and Telecommunications projects (IoT, Smart Cities, RnD), for the public and private sector.
📌 Workplace Location: Athens, Greece (This is an on-premises position. The position might also require occasional travelling to Greece and/or abroad– especially at the beginning or the end of the project.)
🖋️You will be reporting to the CEO.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Developing and maintaining plans which outline project status, individual tasks, milestones, completion estimates, and resource allocation
- Holding technical team meetings to determine progress and address any project challenges
- Coordinating the roll-out of beta and production releases
- Inspecting projects for quality assurance
- Identifying the resources needed for the project and sourcing these materials
- Analyzing, planning, and developing technical requirements and standards in reference to scheduled projects
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through post-project debrief with clients
- Overseeing the implementation of project improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering field
- 4+ years of experience in technical project management of IT / IoT / ICT projects
- Experience with projects that include hardware, software and integration with 3rd party software platforms
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Managerial experience applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to establish guidelines for others
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
