ManpowerGroup Greece is growing and seeking an experienced Talent Development & Outplacement Services Manager to join our HQ in Athens.

What you will do:

As a leader within Right Management, the position typically involves overseeing strategic initiatives and talent solutions, helping organizations evaluate, develop, mobilize, and transition their talent, promoting the brand in the Greek market.

Core Responsibilities :

  • Build & maintain strong customer relationships
  • Cross & Upsell of services, gaining trust of new clients and establishing long lasting cooperation
  • Report on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
  • Prepare & Monitor Budgeting
  • Set & evaluate KPIs/achievements and develop the team
  • Cooperate with external partners and internal local & global teams
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts & related fees
  • Lead Career Transition (Outplacement) projects
  • Create & Run Assessment Centers
  • Provide personality tools of Right Management’s library & feedback sessions
  • Deliver Executive Coaching
  • Design & Implement custom made Executive Training programs
  • Offer HR Consultancy & Performance Management
  • Handle systems & platforms

Who You Need to Be to Fit this Role :

  • BSc/MSc in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in a consulting environment
  • At least 3 years of previous management role
  • 3-5 years of experience in Executive Training
  • Certified ICF/EMCC Coach, or any other official coaching accreditation
  • Fluency in English
  • Team leading skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Critical Thinking and innovation
  • Ability to manage complexity and balance priorities
