ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, is looking for a Supply Chain & Production Coordinator.

🖋️You will be reporting to: Supply Chain Manager
As a Supply Chain & Production Coordinator you will oversee and coordinate the company's activities from the time a purchase order or risk purchase order is received till the shipment of the order to the customer.
Main responsibilities:
- Ensure the material/tool/information availability for the smooth execution of the production plan.
- Check daily the material/information availability and production plan execution and react accordingly.
- Collaborate with other departments to create coordinated plans for reliable delivery plan execution.
- Manage Raw Material Inventory (customized and commonly used) by aligning the materials' stock with the capacity demand.
- Coordinate Raw Material forecast with the Purchasing Department.
- Coordination Outsourcing Projects.
- Evaluate and report on KPls.
- Review and update supply chain practices in line with company policies, standards, laws and regulations.
- Find cost-effective solutions for supply chain processes.
- Identify and minimize risk by predicting the demand for products.
Requirements
- Degree in Supply Chain / Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role in complicated production / processing environment.
- Excellent command of English language.
- Knowledge of German is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
