Adecco is currently seeking on behalf of its client, a leader in the retail, clothing and the accessory business, for a dynamic professional to cover the following position in the region of Plaka in Athens:

Store Manager

🔹 What you'll do

•  Organize all store functions and delegate responsibilities to staff
•  Supervise and guide staff to achieve sales targets
•  Handle customer queries to ensure high-quality services
•  Inspect store premises and resolve any arising issues
•  Design and oversee promotional campaigns within the store
•  Continuously monitor market trends to enhance store performance
•  Follow health and safety provisions according to standard legislation

•  Bachelor’s degree
•  At least 1+ years of experience in a similar managerial position
•  Proven experience in retail sales and follow best practices
•  Exceptional leadership and organizational abilities 
•  Knowledge of best practices in retail management
•  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•  Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Greek and English language
•  Good computer literacy and ERP software handling skills will be considered a plus
•  Ability to work in shifts
