Site Engineer (Civil – Electrical/Mechanical)
📌 Location: Porto Cheli & Athens
🖋️ You will be reporting to: Site Supervisor
What you will do:
- Implementing daily work plans and supervising site activities according to project timelines.
- Monitoring and ensuring the quality and accuracy of subcontractor works.
- Providing technical support to resolve on-site issues.
- Tracking project progress against technical drawings and specifications.
- Ensuring proper allocation and management of materials and equipment.
- Enforcing health and safety regulations and reporting potential risks.
- Coordinating with subcontractors and workers to ensure smooth execution.
- Assisting in overseeing specialized tasks, such as construction or electro-mechanical installations.
- Preparing reports on progress, deviations, and challenges.
- Offering technical guidance and support to the workforce.
Requirements
Candidate’s profile:
- Degree in Civil or Electrical/Mechanical Engineering (AEI or TEI).
- 5 to 10 years of experience in supervising and managing building construction sites.
- Essential knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Desired knowledge of MS Project.
- Experience in cost estimation and measurement of building works is an advantage.
- Knowledge of cost-control systems and familiarity with BIM is a plus.
- Excellent command of English, including technical terminology.

- Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
