💼 Your everyday work-life
- Design, develop, and implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions using C#, HTML, JavaScript, Business Processes, PowerApps, and Power Automate
- Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and end-users to gather and analyse requirements
- Integrate Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 with other business applications and third-party systems using PowerPlatform and other integration tools
- Conduct unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the quality and functionality of CRM solutions
- Trouble shooting and implementation of updates, patches, and enhancements as needed
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective use of the CRM system
🚀 As an ideal fit, you should have
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or proven working experience as a CRM Dynamics 365 Developer
- Understanding of MS D365 capabilities and architecture and the ability to determine the best approach as to when to employ out of the box configurations vs. custom development
- Strong background as a developer with expertise in C#,.NET, JavaScript, HTML, and other relevant programming languages
- Strong knowledge of PowerPlatform, including PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
