Is looking for a Security Manager
Location: Athens
What you will be doing:
Security Policies and Procedures:
- Create, implement and enforce security policies and procedures for all properties and assets of the company.
- Ensure that the security’s systems, such as surveillance, alarm systems and access controls are up to date and functioning properly.
- Is familiar with relevant laws and regulations, such as GDPR or industry-specific requirements and ensures that the company complies with them.
- Handle the security procedures in the ERP system and is responsible for all data entry and maintenance.
Risk Assessment:
- Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities.
- Develop strategies to mitigate the risks.
Supervision of Security Personnel:
- Oversee the security staff and handle their day-to-day schedules.
- Select and assign the appropriate team, based on individual property’s needs.
- Train and evaluate the security staff in regular intervals.
Management of company’s vehicle fleet:
- Manage daily fleet operations, ensuring vehicles are efficiently utilized and available when needed.
- Ensure vehicles are regularly maintained according to manufacturer, leasing company, and regulatory guidelines.
- Develop and manage the fleet budget, focusing on cost efficiency, including fuel, repairs, leasing, and insurance.
- Ensure fleet compliance with local and state transportation regulations, including registration, emissions, and insurance.
- Track and monitor key fleet metrics such as vehicle performance, fuel efficiency, repairs, and costs, providing reports to optimize performance.
- Coordinate ad hoc vehicle needs like repairs, returns, and replacements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any related field. Associated certifications are a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in Hospitality sector.
- Strong understanding of security systems and procedures.
- Familiarity with local and state regulations pertinent to security, safety and transportation
