What do you get from the Academies?
You will be attending intensive online classes (e-learning attendance included as well) & having hands-on assignments based on the latest SAP FI trends in Europe, you will have your tuition fees & certifications paid, and you will be compensated!
The training is 100% remote but the position after the program completion is based in Metlen’s offices in Paiania, Attiki. If you’re not a current resident, you should be able to relocate to Athens, before the end of the Academies.
What happens after the training period?
Once you successfully complete the program, you will be certified andyou will join Metlen’s IT & Digital Strategy Team.

Your role will encompass:
- Participates in new implementations in the Group SAP ecosystem while working closely with Business Process Owners, external Business advisors in business requirements gathering and analysis, SAP solutions design, implementation, training and user support.
- Participates in the upgrading of the SAP ecosystem and supports technical specialists in the multi-system application architecture.
- Investigates and troubleshoots SAP-related issues raised by business users via the ticketing system in collaboration with external advisors. He/she deals with issues that are related to the customization of the platform or its integration flows with other systems. He/she also implements preventive checks in order to maintain the system in good quality.
- Works closely and oversees the SAP system integrators ensuring solutions meet the company’s requirements acting as the liaison between Business users and the integrators.
- Supports the preparation of solution documentation and training material
- Provides expertise on application architecture design or improvements in the area of SAP.
- Provides consultancy support to internal clients and software application technical team members in all aspects of enabling technologies to meet business needs.
- Supports the preparation of RFI’s, RFP’s, RFQ’s for seeking SAP solutions & services proposals in the organization’s vendor ecosystem.
- Supports actions for the compliance of SAP solutions with applicable Corporate Policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/ Accounting, or any relevant fields. We also welcome applicants who have their Thesis pending for graduation and/or up to 2 courses left. MSc studies will be considered an asset
- Any past exposure to SAP will be a plus
- Being Tech Savvy
- Have a good command of the English languages, both verbally and in writing, as courses are taught in English
- You can work both independently and in a team
- Equipment: A PC/ Laptop to attend the courses
