ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Team Leader to drive sales growth while mentoring and leading a team of sales representatives.

💼 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
- Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to improve the team’s product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment that drives high performance.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop and execute sales strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to adjust sales tactics and approach.
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for the team, tracking and reporting on progress.
- Utilize CRM software and other tools to manage sales pipelines and monitor team performance metrics.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, addressing their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Support team members in resolving customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring a high standard of service is maintained.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasting, and budget analysis for management review.
- Track and manage the team’s expense reports, ensuring alignment with budget guidelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not essential if compensated by experience).
- 5-7 years in sales, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets; experience in the food industry or FMCG sector is preferred.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills, excellent communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to travel as required, a valid driver’s license, and flexibility with work hours to meet team and customer needs.
- Demonstrated ability to inspire and lead a team toward shared goals.
- A passion for understanding and meeting customer needs.
