Business operations of the company were launched in 2017 in Romania, while currently the platform is operational in 14 countries (Romania, Republic of Moldova, Czech Republic, Poland, Bulgaria, Greece, Ukraine, Hungary, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Egypt, Algeria, Tunisia, Morocco).
Would you do the following?
Gather market, product and prospect information in order to understand trends and to better identify promising leads, because you need to know the market you are operating in
Become a promoter of Poudouleveis’s values, image and product offering while acting as an expert in Employer Branding and Jobbing, because you need to identify yourself with the company and products
Engage in meetings with prospects through phone calls, online environments and email campaigns in order to present Poudouleveis’s sales proposition, because if you don’t meet, you don’t sale
Negotiate product packages, renewals and close deals in order to achieve sales milestones, because as any business we need to sale
Manage the client relationship by performing account management activities including advising, reporting and upselling, because we value our customers and we want to engage on the longer term with them
Use internal CRM system in order to better manage prospect/account evolution, because if we are not organised, we will miss opportunities
Attend team meetings and share insightful information in order to improve sales processes and success rates, because as like in our platform Poudouleveis.gr, sharing is caring
Be a key member of the product development team, by being creative and analytical, in order to drive the next generation of HR Tech products, because if you don’t have the best ideas, then who does?
Do you have these ones?
BA/BS University degree, because we value education and we support it
Learning agility, because the digital world is supper fast
Previous experience in sales, while HR sales experience will definitely be a plus, because we are growing super fast
Capacity to relate to persons and communicate in an honest and supporting manner, while presentations should be the environment you feel like home, because in sales it is all about communicating, presenting and interpersonal skills
Fairness towards colleagues and clients, by playing by the rules and show support, because we value ethics and fairness above all else
Advanced English written/spoken, because we are an international platform and we appreciate foreign languages
Advanced Microsoft Office/Google Sheets knowledge, because we use the digital documents and we need knowledge on specific platforms
Knowledge of how to analyse and extract data from Excel, Google Analytics would be a plus, because we work with lots of data
