manufacturer of household cleaning products and other consumer chemicals, is seeking a
Sales Representative.
📌 Location: Field, Attiki Area (Greece)
🖋️You will be reporting : to the Account Manager
What you will do:
- Manage sales activities to achieve Sales KPIs, ensuring planogram compliance, and optimizing secondary point of sale placements.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular visits and effective communication to ensure high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell additional products or services.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Analyze competitors’ products and sales strategies to enhance sales effectiveness.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company’s products and services.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar position in the sales sector.
- Brief experience in sales within an FMCG company would be considered a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset.
