The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management within the healthcare industry(especially in medical devices & equipment), strong leadership skills, and the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Requirements
💼 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute sales strategies to achieve company’s targets and objectives
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and achievement of sales goals
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets to expand the company’s customer base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, healthcare professionals, and stakeholders
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth
- Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to senior management
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
- Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
Candidates Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in biology, chemistry, or business administration
- Minimum 7 years of experience in sales management, preferably within surgical products
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends
- Willingness to travel as needed
