ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, a leading company in textiles manufacturing, is in search of a Sales Executive to join the team in Athens, Greece.

Responsibilities:
The Sales Executive responsibilities include growing the company's revenue by ensuring that clients are satisfied with the services provided, ensuring the business development.
More specifically he/she will:
- Develop sales through an existing network of customers (HO.RE.CA.)
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers within the accounts
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction as well as up-sell and cross-sell potential within existing customers to maximize share
- Identify new product opportunities for existing, but also new accounts
- Conduct samplings for existing & new products as appropriate
- Keep up to date with market changes and developments, as well as new products
- Take initiatives in identifying growth opportunities and collaborate with the team to achieve sustainable growth
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in a B2B Sales Department, preferably in the Textile/Linen
- Experience in B2B Sales in HO.RE.CA. industry will be considered as a strong plus
- Ability to deliver sales targets with own initiatives
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
- Excellent organization and negotiation skills
- Strong communication skills
- Flexibility with travelling
