- Supports in development and implementation of a comprehensive rewards strategy
- Ensure that all reward programs are competitive, fair and aligned with industry benchmarks and company’s needs
- Analyze organizational structures, roles and workflows to identify areas for improvement
- Utilize data and analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of rewards programs
- Prepare and present reports to senior management on key metrics related to compensation, benefits and organizational effectiveness
🚀 As an ideal fit, you should have
- BSc in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- A Master’s degree or relevant certification is preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in compensation and benefits, organizational effectiveness, or a related HR discipline
- Good knowledge of compensation and benefits practices, including job evaluation, salary surveys, and incentive plan design
- Very good analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
