Are you an experienced Retention Agent or Sales Professional seeking a dynamic role in a regulated financial services company? We are looking for a motivated Retention Account Manager to join our growing team in Limassol, Cyprus.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term engagement and satisfaction.
• Proactively manage a portfolio of accounts, identifying opportunities to increase client retention and value.
• Conduct regular account reviews to understand clients’ needs, provide market updates, and offer tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with sales, compliance, and support teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Handle client concerns professionally, ensuring quick resolutions and maintaining regulatory compliance.
Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Retention Agent or in a sales-focused role is essential (preferably within a regulated financial environment).
• Fluency in English (both written and verbal).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
• Knowledge of financial markets, trading, or Forex is a plus.
• EU work permit or ability to relocate to Cyprus.
