We are looking for a highly motivated Quality Analyst to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site role, responsible for analyzing data from various customer service channels, identify trends and patterns and make recommendations for improvements.
The primary goal of the role is to identify areas that need to be improved and work towards enhancing the overall quality, ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed statistical analysis to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement in customer services and process quality
- Develop and maintain quality standards and procedures in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Analyze test results and produce comprehensive reports detailing findings and recommending actionable improvements.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, identifying inefficiencies and suggesting enhancements to products and processes.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid understanding of Customer Operations Standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Previous experience in Quality analysis & Quality Auditing.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong English language skills (both written and verbal).
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Six Sigma methodologies will be considered as an asset.
