ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of BBI Hellas, a subsidiary of the renowned French construction company Bouygues Bâtiment International, is seeking a highly skilled QA/QC Electrical and Mechanical Engineer to join their dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the transformative development of the Elliniko area, one of the most ambitious and largest urban regeneration initiatives in Europe.

✔️ Reports to: Electrical/Mechanical Manager
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that subcontractors maintain sufficient technical competence (at all levels to achieve the required quality of the work produced, indicating any deficiencies in the rehabilitation hierarchy).
- Review subcontractors' and suppliers' QA/QC documents, relevant work procedures and ensure that proposed procedures, qualifications, products and equipment comply with the technical quality and safety requirements of the project.
- Supervise the quality and technical oversight of contractors' and subcontractors' work in accordance with approved Quality Control Plans (QCP) and Inspection and Test Plans (ITP).
- Follow up of processes qualifications, production tests, mechanical test, etc., related to the works to ensure compliance to procedure and reliability / acceptability of results.
- Review of technical queries and deviations requests issued by contractor on the works.
- Monitor and report on quality control activities at the worksite.
- Monitor subcontractor's traceability system (daily reports, batch numbers, QC inspection reports, etc.), including control and traceability of project materials incorporated or to be incorporated to the works.
- Immediately report any problem to hierarchy and provide technical assistance to the contractor or subcontractor as required or necessary.
- Ensure that contractor and subcontractor properly prepare, organize and file correctly all documents related to the works and that the documentation regarding the construction is in accordance with the specifications of the contract.
Requirements
- Technical academic background (Electrical/Mechanical Engineering degree)
- Previous experience in site construction, ideally in quality improvement in the electrical and mechanical sector
- Excellent knowledge of Greek and English language
- Knowledge of French will be considered as a plus
- Experience in managing and implementing a quality management plan (QMP)
- Must be authorized to work legally in Greece
- Good knowledge of MS Office
