As a Property Development Junior Specialist, you will support the planning and execution of key projects, including new store setups, remodels, and renovations. You’ll manage budgets, timelines, and supervise construction work to ensure high-quality results within defined parameters. By addressing technical issues and collaborating with authorities and internal teams, you will help maintain safe, functional, and efficient store facilities.
Responsibilities:
- Draw the budget and time plan for various projects such as: New Stores setup, remodeling & renovations of existing stores
- Supervise all construction work and ensure optimal result within the allocated timeframe and budget
- Ensure that all store facilities and equipment is functional, safe and in good condition
- Monitor all technical issues, propose appropriate solutions and ensure implementation
- Cooperate with relevant Authorities and other departments for the provision of required documents, drawings, certificates
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or other related field
- Working experience in dealing with Building Services will be considered a plus
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD
- Strong knowledge of MS Office
- Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to take initiative & ownership
- Team spirit & good communication skills
- Excellent planning and time management skills
