Duties/Responsibilities:
The Sales Project Representative will play a crucial role in driving sales growth through targeted projects and strategic business development. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying project opportunities, and ensuring successful execution of sales strategies to meet revenue goals. You will collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure that Vimar solutions are integrated into key construction, renovation, and energy management projects across Greece.
More Specifically:
- Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities in the construction and building automation sectors
- Manage sales projects from initial inquiry through to delivery, ensuring alignment with client specifications and timelines
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, consultants, and key decision-makers involved in project development.
- Drive project sales by presenting and demonstrating Vimar’s products and solutions to meet client needs
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert advice on product specifications, pricing, and technical information
- Liaise with internal teams (engineering, product management, logistics) to ensure seamless project execution
- Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and project terms with clients to ensure both profitability and customer satisfaction
- Maintain a deep understanding of Vimar’s product range, including electrical systems, home automation, lighting control, and energy management solutions
- Provide technical guidance to clients on the most suitable products for their projects and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent after-sales service, addressing concerns, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Support clients during the installation phase, offering troubleshooting and advice to ensure successful project completion
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or related field (Electrical Engineering is a plus)
- 3-5 years of experience in sales, project management, or business development, ideally in the electrical, construction, sanitary or automation industries
- Proven track record of managing complex sales projects and achieving sales targets
- Strong understanding of the Greek construction market and industry trends
- Technical proficiency with electrical systems or home automation technologies is a strong advantage
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
