ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of Ledvance, a global leader in advanced lighting solutions, providing cutting-edge LED lamps, smart home products, and tailored lighting solutions for commercial and industrial environments, is in search of a Photovoltaic (PV) Sales Professional.

🖋️You will be reporting to: Business Development Manager
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the trade channel and direct project sector.
- Build strong relationships with distributors, EPC contractors, and project developers.
- Generate sales leads, negotiate contracts, and close deals for PV solar products and solutions.
- Support tendering and bidding processes for solar projects.
- Manage and grow relationships with key trade partners and project stakeholders.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market share in the PV industry.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns for trade and project channels.
- Work with the technical central European team to ensure product solutions meet project requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, customer service, logistics and project team, to meet client needs.
- Maintain customer account receivables in cooperation with credit control.
- Customer technical support (pre-sales and after-sales) in daily business and projects, working together with the project team and customer service. Participate in on-site commissioning process if necessary.
- Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports in cooperation with the Business Development Manager.
Requirements
- University Degree in Electrical or Electronic engineering or equivalent (Mandatory)
- 4-5 years of proven experience in the renewable energy sector
- Proficient in use of English language (Word, Excel, PP)
- SAP/CRM knowledge will be considered as an asset.
- Skills with a good understanding of both technical and business issues will be appreciated.
