We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Payments and Processing Manager to oversee all financial transactions and payment processes in our dynamic forex trading environment. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth and secure handling of deposits, withdrawals, and reconciliations while maintaining compliance with internal policies and enhancing the client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize the end-to-end payments process, including client deposits, withdrawals, and internal fund transfers.
Ensure timely reconciliation of transactions across various payment methods and platforms.
Collaborate with payment service providers to maintain and expand available payment options.
Monitor payment flows to identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues and settlements.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and security in processing operations.
Provide accurate reporting and analytics on transaction volumes, trends, and operational efficiency.
Work closely with managers, sales departments and compliance teams to address client inquiries and ensure adherence to internal guidelines.
Stay updated on the latest payment technologies and trends to drive innovation in processing methods.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in payment processing, preferably within the forex crypto industry or financial services industry.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of payment gateways, banking systems, crypto, crypto exchanges & deposit methods and reconciliation processes.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to manage people.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
