ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, a Greek company involved in the construction of luxury residential and commercial projects, is looking for a:
Mechanical Site Engineer
📌 Location: Athens
The purpose is to supervise and coordinate the construction for the project's completion according to the specifications and schedule.
Requirements
- Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering (AEI / TEI).
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience in all stages of engineering design, construction, and supervision of building constructions.
- Recent experience in building construction.
- Excellent knowledge of AUTOCAD.
- Knowledge of the building regulations of Greece (GOK/NOK).
- Knowledge of procedures in submitting application forms for building permits.
- Skills in communication, coordination, and management of projects at the design level.
- Very good knowledge of English.
Responsibilities:
- Supervision and management of construction projects.
- Coordination of tasks according to priorities, plans, and schedule.
- Scheduling and monitoring of crews.
- Assignment of duties where required.
- Checking and reviewing electromechanical designs.
- Drafting and presenting design proposals.
- Designing and making modifications as necessary and resolving possible issues during construction.
- Ensuring adherence to all safety precautions and quality standards.
- Supervision of the use of machinery and equipment.
- Working days: Monday - Saturday at the respective construction site.
