ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, a multinational organization operating in the production of industrial and medical gases, is looking for a Mechanical Engineer
📌 Location: Thessaloniki
📍 Working Model: On site
- Ensure the safety of people and property during all planned maintenance work
- Implement or align preventive maintenance plans with applicable guidelines
- Forecast and control of the yearly maintenance budget
- Organize any needed corrective maintenance
- Collect and Report main KPIs
- Manage the stock of spare parts and organize the supply of any missing parts with the support of the procurement team
- Analyze the maintenance data, propose improvements and discuss these with the various teams, experts and suppliers
- Organize and control improvement projects that contribute to the business objectives for safety, reliability, and /or efficiency of the process installations
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Very good technical background
- Good Knowledge of mechanics; instrumentation, PLC being a plus
- Experience working with contracting, procurement, cost control, budget follow-up, investment calculations
- Experience with CAD software, MS Office
- A working understanding of procedures and mandatory regulatory requirements for process equipment maintenance. (e.g. ATEX, PED)
- Able to manage the complete overhaul of a unit and/or a new project
- English language speaking & writting
- Analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to make decisions under pressure
