ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, a leader in its field, is seeking a Junior Software Engineer | BPM
📌 Location: Athens – Eastern Attica
📍 Working Model: On-site
🖋️ Reporting to: Head of Engineering
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the development, optimization, and maintenance of business processes using ProcessMaker, a leading low-code platform
- Collaborating with the development team to design and implement new automated workflows and integrations
- Identifying and troubleshooting platform-related issues to ensure seamless functionality
- Writing clean, efficient, and well-documented configurations and scripts within the low-code environment
- Working closely with stakeholders to ensure process automation meets business needs and compliance standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Some experience (1-2 years) in low-code development or workflow automation platforms
- knowledge of PHP, JavaScript, or SQL is a plus
- Familiarity with business process automation (BPM) principles
- Understanding of relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and API integrations
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) is advantageous
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal
