ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, a multinational pharmaceutical company, is seeking a Junior Marketing Assistant.
📌Location: Northern Suburbs of Athens
📍 Working Model: Hybrid Model
📝Contract: 1-year contract with the perspective of renewal
What you will do:
- Assist in establishing and maintaining the company’s brand identity
- Collaborate with the design team to develop branding assets
- Assist in creating and distributing promotional materials
- Manage the complete setup for various events
- Oversee the design, production, and installation of banners for conferences and events
- Monitor and manage expenses, invoices, and accruals
- Collaborate with external partners and agencies to execute marketing campaigns
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing
- Professional Certifications or seminars in the field of marketing
- Experience as a Marketing Assistant, Junior Marketing Associate, Marketing Trainee will be highly appreciated
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry will be considered as a plus
- Excellent command of the English language
- Computer literacy with keen knowledge of the Microsoft Office
- Keen communicator with strong presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task and ensure the adherence to strict deadlines
