Our client is a company dedicated to providing innovative solutions in the medical devices and prosthetics sector.
📌 Location: Northern Athens (Agios Stefanos)
📍 Working Model: On site, Working Hours: 08.00 – 16.00
🖋️You will be reporting to: IT Manager
What you will do:
As a Junior IT Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the IT department and providing top-notch support to the company's employees. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the IT Manager in the daily operations of the IT department
- Monitoring and updating the company’s technological infrastructure (Windows, firmware, antivirus, etc.)
- Managing technical issues and providing user support for systems and software
- Offering first-level support to employees for software and hardware issues
- Ensuring data security and IT system protection
- Performing additional tasks assigned by the IT Manager to ensure the efficient operation of the IT department
- Participating in trainings on information systems topics
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (ideally from a Vocational Institution)
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in a similar position, in IT/Tech/Helpdesk Support
- Experience with ERP/CRM systems will be considered a strong asset
- Knowledge of Windows Domain Services and Office 365
- Excellent proficiency in MS Office suite
- Strong communication skills
- Responsibility, organization, and consistency
- Adherence to deadlines
There might be an occasional need for stand by, to be paid extra
