ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, a leading Technology Solution Provider, with focus at offering digital transformation services, is looking for ITSM Consultants to join their Team.
Workplace Location: Athens, Greece – Hybrid (2 days at office - 3 days remote)
What you will be doing:
As an ITSM Consultant you will be working directly with clients in developing the solutions implementation strategy and contributing to the overall Design. Our client works with ServiceNow Platform.
More specifically you will:
- Drive Service Management specific process definition, re-engineering, improvement and gap analysis of current/to-be processes during workshops with key customer stakeholders
- Promote continuous process improvement practices
- Understand client business processes and employee service needs and working with the client to demonstrate how the Service Management Solutions will support these processes
- Identify areas of Service Management process improvement (efficiency and effectiveness) and recommending solutions that detail pros, cons and risks
- Lead clients in their efforts to take advantage of the Service Management Solutions functional capabilities and in their efforts to improve their processes
- Complete, develop and improve required documentation such as process flow diagrams, roles/responsibilities, workshop agendas, presentations, gap analysis reports
Requirements
- BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Computer Engineer or relevant field
- Previous experience in a Consulting role or Project based experience, will be considered as a plus
- Knowledge of ITIL. ITIL certifications will be a plus
- Work experience with one or more of the following Service Management Solutions/Products: Jira / Cherwell / ServiceNow / Remedy / Service Manager / MicroFocus
- Project Managements skills
- Excellent communication, presentation and writing skills both in Greek and English
- Being able to work individually or as a member of a larger team
- Attention to detail and sense of accountability and ownership
