Our client is a leading provider of integrated computer science-based healthcare systems and medical-technological equipment.

📍 Working Model: On site, working hours: 9:00-17:30

Requirements
What you will do:
In this role, the suitable candidate will provide comprehensive technical support to end-users, install and configure software and hardware components and monitor IT infrastructure. Also, she/he will ensure the prompt resolution of technical issues and work directly with clients to provide status updates and maintain systems.
More specifically, your duties will include:
- Updating employees about the progress of their service requests.
- Collaborating closely with clients and implementation teams.
- Following instructions and technical manuals efficiently, and independently managing and resolving issues.
- Maintaining precision in troubleshooting, documenting, and implementing technical solutions.
- Keeping up to date with technological developments and assessing their potential impact on the organization.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- Strong experience in Multiple Operating Systems (Windows, MacOS, Linux) and software applications administration and installation.
- Good knowledge of Computer Hardware, IP Networks and related hardware.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Teamwork and collaboration mindset.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing technologies, priorities and project requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Very good knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
