IT OnSite Support Specialist (Meeting Support)
Job Description
• Assists users and enhances the knowledge of global Video Conferencing Advocates to ensure the smooth operation of AV technologies, including both room-based and PC-based meetings.
• Prepares checklists to ensure the operation of meeting and conference platforms.
• Participates in meetings and event preparation, delivering end-to-end services.
Candidate Profile
• BSc in Information Technology/ Computer Science or related field 
• Minimum of two (2) years of IT experience, providing both OnSite and remote support with meeting and conferencing technologies (such as Polycoms, Lenovo MTR, Microsoft Teams, Zoom).
• Understanding of network fundamentals, adequate for diagnosing and assessing infrastructure-related issues.
• Proficiency in MS Office 365 (Teams and SharePoint are mandatory).
• Familiarity with Remote Access tools, with a focus on remote support.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong presentation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels in a friendly, welcoming, and helpful manner, and adeptness at quickly learning new technologies.
