ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, a boutique Travel Operator specializing in luxury vacation rentals, is looking for an IT Administrator to join their growing team.
📌 Location: Rethymno, Crete

Requirements
What you will do:
In this role, you will provide essential IT support, ensuring the smooth operation of technology systems within the company. You will assist in troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining IT infrastructure, and supporting users to enhance their productivity. Your proactive approach will help foster a reliable and efficient IT environment that aligns with the company's mission to deliver exceptional accommodation rental experiences.
More specifically:
- Troubleshoot IT-related problems, ensuring smooth daily operations
- Provide technical support to staff for hardware, software, and networking issues
- Install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure and systems
- Ensure data security and optimize system performance
- Maintain IT documentation and support internal IT projects
- Conduct training sessions on new tools and technologies
- Manage user accounts and permissions in alignment with company policies
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in IT Support, IT Officer or a similar role
- Strong understanding of IT systems and software applications and automations
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
