ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of our client, a global LIDAR manufacturer into the world, is looking for an International Sales (Public & Private Sector).

🖋️You will be reporting to: Sales Director & Managing Director
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales initiatives, building strong relationships with clients in the private and public sectors, and identifying new opportunities for growth. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated professional to make a significant impact in an exciting and rapidly evolving industry.
More specifically:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets, targeting both private enterprises and public sector organizations.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including government industrial sector, environmental organizations, research institutions, and corporate clients.
- Lead the preparation of proposals, RFPs (Requests for Proposals), and another tender documentation for public and private sector clients.
- Work closely with the engineering, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Represent the company at international trade shows, conferences, and client meetings as needed.
- Ability to travel across the globe
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or a related field.
- Master’s degree in business administration is a plus.
- At least 5 years of experience in the private or public sector sales, with a proven track record in managing or selling products with long sales cycles.
- Excellent knowledge of English language.
- Demonstrated expertise in understanding, using and supporting complex technical products or solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self- driven with high motivation and results-oriented mindset.
- Capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
