About the Role: As our new Inside Sales Representative, you will be the driving force behind our customer acquisition efforts. You’ll identify potential customers, generate new business opportunities, and manage leads through our sales pipeline. Working closely with our sales and marketing teams, you’ll play a crucial role in achieving our sales goals.

What You’ll do:

  • Identify Potential Customers: Scout and pinpoint new business opportunities.
  • Reach Out and Qualify Leads: Utilize cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to connect with potential clients.
  • Set Up Meetings: Arrange and follow up on meetings to advance the sales process.
  • Track Sales Progress: Monitor and report on your progress towards meeting sales targets.
  • Collaborate with Sales Team: Develop strategies to hit our ambitious sales goals.
  • Use CRM Software: Manage leads and track sales activities with cutting-edge CRM tools.
  • Stay Informed: Keep up with market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
  • Report Results: Provide regular updates on your sales activities and outcomes to management.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience: 3-4 years in B2B sales or customer service, ideally in technology (i.e. in business software company).
  • CRM Proficiency: Skilled in using customer relationship management software.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to connect and maintain relationships with potential clients.
  • Sales Savvy: Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Time Management: Superb organizational skills.
  • Flexibility: Adaptability to change and a desire to grow in the sales field.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Languages: Excellent knowledge of Greek and very good knowledge of English.
