ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of our client, is looking for a dynamic and driven Inside Sales Sales Engineer.

🖋️You will be reporting to: BU Manager
The role involves supporting customers and sales engineers with the following: Issue quotations, follow-up, technical reviews, project coordination, technical order entry, customer communication, troubleshooting, price lists/discount structures.
Main responsibilities:
- Answer sales inquiries from customers via phone and email and negotiate sales orders.
- Enter orders into the sales order processing system and verify that all data is checked and accurate.
- Advise customers on technical solutions.
- Ensure all proposals meet the customers’ application and operational needs, are technically accurate and commercially verified, and offer the best solutions highlighting customer benefits.
- Liaise with Field Sales, Customer care, and Account Management to prioritize effort, gain competitive intelligence, and agree product direction, and price strategy to improve customer service.
- Work with Field Sales to report on quotation and project potential using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and SAP/Oracle.
Requirements
- An Engineering degree or technical education.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Full proficiency in Greek and English.
- International sales experience is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong ambition to achieve results and grow with the team.
