Human Resources Generalist
(Cholargos)
Job Description

•    Provide overall HR support to the business consistent with the company’s policies and procedures
•    Offer advice on HR issues both to managers and employees
•    Manage the full recruitment process (from sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessing, to final selection)
•    Maintain records of employee participation in all training and development programs and prepare relevant reports
•    Oversee the hiring process of new employees, gather all relevant documents, prepare and update new employee records in HR platform
•    Manage the monthly payroll
•    Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations 
Candidate’s Profile 

•    Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or/and related field  
•    2-3 years of experience in a similar role 
•    Strong knowledge of hiring processes
•    Understanding of HR best practices and current regulations
•    Very good organizational and problem-solving skills
•    Excellent knowledge of the English language (both oral & written)
•    Advanced PC skills (MS office) & knowledge of ERGANI
