About the job:
Uber’s driver-partners are our most important customers, and we’re creating a best-in-class customer service experience for them. Greenlight locations help new driver-partners get on the road for the first time, build engagement with the platform over time, and provide a home base for the driver community. We’re looking for a Community Specialist to support the day-to-day operations of our Greenlight locations in Greece. We’re looking for a professional who operates with a customer-first mentality. In this role, you’ll build Uber’s relationship with driver-partners, support their operational needs, and guide the day-to-day operations of the Greenlight centers.
This is a great opportunity to work with a top-notch Community Operations team and learn the Uber business from the ground up.
What you’ll do:
- Deliver 5-star, in-person, and/or remote support to our driver-partners
- Walk driver-partners through the onboarding process and all of the tools they need to be successful on the Uber platform
- Own personal metrics for customer support and performance
- Promote the Uber brand and get driver-partners excited to get onboarded and be on the road
- Be an expert on Uber policies, procedures, and programs
- Assist with support, events, and promotions as needed
- Manage scheduling, attendance, and administration
- You will be taking the lead on project/assignments
- Travel around the country to launch new cities
What you’ll need:
- At least 6 months of relevant experience
- Great communication skills and ability to interact with internal and external partners
- An interest in and passion for Uber
- Demonstrated background in solving complex customer problems
- Availability to travel
Bonus points if:
- You have previous sales experience
- You have previous customer account management experience
- You have previous customer support experience
- You are familiar with the Greek transportation industry
