Job Description

• Translate business requirements into visual elements, creating aesthetically pleasing visual materials according to specific guidelines.

• Understand creative briefs and be flexible to make stylistically and visually the best out of them.

• Create visually appealing and user-friendly graphics for our online gaming platform, including website banners, and other communication materials such as promotional banners, social media assets, landing pages, newsletters.

• Contribute to the development and maintenance of our brand identity, ensuring consistency across all visual elements.

• Work closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns that effectively communicate our brand message.

• Collaborate with the product and development teams to ensure that the user interface and overall user experience align with design standards and best practices.

• Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software (Adobe's Creative Suite including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator). Good knowledge of the apps is required.

• Stay updated on industry trends and design technologies, ensuring that our graphics remain cutting-edge and competitive in the rapidly evolving iGaming landscape.

• Actively participate in design reviews by our external design agencies, accepting and providing constructive feedback to enhance the quality of design deliverables.

• Follow up on Asana tasks to ensure that all tasks are on track and deadlines are met
Candidate Profile

• 3 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer in the Gaming industry.

• Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and basic web code for HTML templates creation.

• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and the ability to apply them to design projects.

• Portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including web graphics, marketing collateral, and branding projects.

• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

• Knowledge of iGaming industry trends and familiarity with relevant design regulations is a plus.
