ManpowerGroup, on behalf of our client, a multinational company, and world-class industrial manufacturer, is looking for a First Line Production Manager.
📌 Location: Lamia, Greece
🖋️You will be reporting to: Production Manager
The First Line Production Manager manages and leads production team in line with management strategy and objectives in quantity, quality, costs, and deadlines, in respect of people and customers and he enforces the safety and environment standards to his team.
What you will do:
- Develops talents within his team.
- Proposes the annual training plan.
- Identifies weaknesses and defines cross-training requirements within his area.
- Monitors and ensures the production schedule within his area.
- Analyzes performance indicators and gaps to the objectives in his perimeter.
- Performs the necessary checks to ensure the production standards are applied within his perimeter.
- Formalizes standards based on audit results and deviation analysis.
Requirements
What we are looking for:
- University degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
- At least 5 years at least in the production field and/or in similar job tasks
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Excellent knowledge of SAP and other ERP Systems
- Production planning and monitoring
- Continuous improvement (lean manufacturing)
