ManpowerGroup, on behalf of our client, an innovative Greek company in the food industry, is looking for a Financial Controller.
📌 Location: Peristeri, Attiki
🖋️You will be reporting to: Accounting Manager
What you will do:
- Monthly Sales and Profitability (P&L) Analysis by product category, channel and customer versus plans and previous year, and presentation of deviations
- Support in the preparation of the Company's financial results monthly, quarterly & annually.
- Assist in preparation of business documents and presentations for the management team and the entire team such as: profit & loss statements, balance sheet, accounts payable, accounts receivable, statement cash flows etc.
- Analyze current and past financial data and performance to make recommendations on profit enhancement.
- Interpret financial data to recognize changing trends, patterns, and their meaning related to key performance indicators.
- Communicate financial insights suggesting business issues to management.
- Demonstrable ability to translate data or/and facts into executable and effective reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration
- 3 – 5 years of relevant experience as financial or/and business analyst
- Experience with financial reporting, such as forecasts, budgets, and planning & production costing.
- Experience with Excel and ERP systems (preferably Entersoft) and BI reporting tools is considered an asset.
- Excellent command of Greek and English language, both verbal and written.
