About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Field Sales Trainer (B2B & D2D) to join our team at CQS. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs that enhance our sales team’s product knowledge, selling skills, and overall performance. Your mission is to ensure our sales professionals are skilled, confident, and aligned with company policies and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement comprehensive training programs for both new and existing sales representatives.
  • Lead interactive training sessions, including role-playing exercises, workshops, and practical field training.
  • Assess training effectiveness by observing sales interactions, collecting feedback, and analyzing performance data.
  • Coordinate with Sales Managers and other Trainers to align training initiatives with company goals.
  • Develop individual coaching plans and provide one-on-one mentorship to sales representatives.
  • Assist in onboarding new sales hires by providing structured training and resources.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve training programs.

  • Experience in building and developing high-performing teams.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Sales Coach, Training Specialist, or similar role.
  • Relevant certifications in sales training are a plus.
