About the Role
The EMEA mobility business is building a field sales expansion team with the main objective to grow supply in ~10 cities across Greece in 2025 and beyond.
The Field sales representative is a unique role - it will act as Uber's eyes and ears on the market and make sure that our supply will meet the demand, through managing strategic partnerships with fleet partners and pitching them incentives to maximise their earnings potential on the platform.
What you'll do
- Manage partnerships with fleet partners, enabling them to grow with Uber
- Pitch and sell specific incentives that will unlock supply growth
- Act as a voice of the customer (mostly on the fleet and driver side) capturing insights at every opportunity
- Conduct info sessions with current and prospective Uber partners to sell Uber value's proposition
- Participate in outbound calling campaigns to prospective drivers or newly signed up drivers
- Support drivers and fleets through the sign up process and ensure they're ready to take their first trips soon after
- Participate in market visits to generate leads
- Conduct analysis of supply conversion and engagement
- Provide high-quality front-facing customer support through different channels (in-person, video, phone)
- Ensure issues are resolved using procedures or are escalated promptly
- Troubleshoot and problem solve through straight technical issues
- Communicate effectively with various stakeholders when needed
- Engage with drivers and promote Uber at local events or promotions
What you'll Need:
- Previous experience in an inside and /or field sales position (ideally) or client facing position.
- Highly self-motivated & autonomous: understand what their goals are, strive to find more efficient ways of getting things done, and don't require constant reminders to complete tasks
- Action oriented: ability to take practical action to deal with a problem or situation.
- People person: you love talking to people and getting them excited.
- Adaptable: ability to stay poised and organized in a fast-paced work environment.
- Greek and English are mandatory. Please submit your CV in English.
- 40 hours per week.
- Open to travel.
