ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, a dynamically growing company that provides services in the fields of Asset Management and Hospitality, is looking for a Facility & Coswin Administrator.
📌 Location: Athens
🖋️You will be reporting to: Facility Manager
Responsibilities
COSWIN 8i (CMMS) program Administrator focused on facility management
- Supervises and suggests the program's (COSWIN) design to meet departmental and project’s requirements
- Trains the Technical and FM Department on Coswin
- Creates and maintains procedures for the development of the day-to-day operations of the FM department
- Monitors/updates and develops the maintenance plan in COSWIN (CMMS)
- Supports Facilities Manager in day-to-day operations
- Makes frequent trips to the company’s properties (Athens, Mykonos, Kefalonia)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Εngineering (MSc will be a plus)
- Excellent Knowledge of COSWIN (at least 5 years’ day – to – day implementation in Facility Management)
- Very good knowledge of computer and ERP systems
- Excellent knowledge of English

- Able to multi-task, organized and thorough.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
