ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, a growing company in the real estate and leasing sector, is looking for a Facilities Manager.
📌 Location: Kifisia
🖋️ You will be reporting to: General Manager
Your daily activities will include, and you will be familiar with:
- Supervision and organization of maintenance and repair work of all the company's properties
- Communication with external workshops and suppliers
- Monitoring the schedule and budget of the work
- Preparation of comparative tables for the evaluation of tenders
- Keeping a diary and project records
- Prevention and resolution of technical problems
Guidance/cooperation with the person in charge in the residences of Paros
Requirements
- Up to 3 years of experience in building construction and maintenance
- Availability to travel (Paros, per month)
- Team player
- Leadership ability
- Good communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Initiative
